We put in a large island that accomodates 5 people comfortably. View of the double sided fireplace. We definitely need a new clock now. New French door. Double sink with black granite counters. Better view of the back door. New dining room that was the old master bedroom. New china cabinet and door to the laundry/bathroom. Six months of limited or no kitchen was well worth it in the end.
