New technologies, techniques, and terms such as Blogging, Podcasting, RSS, Virtual Worlds, Social Networking, and Wiki's can be confusing and even intimidating for many educators. Some are truly new innovations, others can be described as old wine in new bottles. This workshop will provide an overview of these technologies, a look at how they are currently used, and an exploration of their current and potential uses in education.
