This PowerPoint discussing the Promethean Interactive Board and Inspiration software shows my capacity to compare and differentiate technology resources for teaching and learning and to identify and apply relevant educational technologies in teaching (G2-5, G1-1). The effectiveness of the PowerPoint evidences my ability to think and communicate with clarity and precision, use technology-based personal and professional productivity tools, and my ease with communication, teaching, and learning software (HM2, G1-9, G1-10).
My NECC Reflection Paper succinctly discusses the benefits of digital cameras, Adobe Photoshop Elements and TaskStream, an online portfolio system in education (HM2). This paper evidences that I can identify and apply relevant educational technologies in teaching, can compare and differentiate technology resources for teaching and learning, can explain verbally and in writing knowledge of the applications of technology in the classroom, and that I am knowledgeable of communication, teaching, and learning software (G1-1, G2-5, G2-3, G1-10).
At NECC, we were required to write a blog on ten of the presentations, concurrent sessions, posters sessions, and exhibits that we attended. The topics of these sessions vary widely which evidences my ability to remain open to continuous learning and to think flexibly (HM16, HM7). My flexibility in thinking is further evidenced by the workshop as CREATE Together, a software quite difficult to grasp.
