This Site
This site has been created as a final project. During my experience in this class I've had the opportunity to learn many new technologies. I have been able to create many things; this is a portfolio to show each way I have been able to grow through out the course. During this course we focused on many things, our PG&S, Technology and Our Collaborations.
Professional Growth and Scholar (PG&S) was a way for us to broaden our views in education through readings from “ School That Learn” By Peter Senge.
Technology was a key factor in all we did, from the beginning we were able to learn and explore the new technologies we were given. Dreamweaver is the program we used to create our sites; Flash, Movie Maker and Fireworks are two other tools we used to create our sites.
Our collaborations were sites that we began in the beginning of the program. We grouped together with a common goal in mind. Artists of the East End is the collaboration my group and I worked on, we share a common interest of the Arts. Our site started off as a window to the artists that lived on the East End of Long Island, we started with the idea of the Artist and Writers Baseball game that began years ago. Our site took many turns and is now available as a great place for references. (See technology)
