Educational Philosophy

I believe education needs to be a humanistic experience. We must create a system that can integrate social relationships with learning. All the people involved in this educational system need to have a shared vision of happiness, growth, success and personal mastery. I am committed to the idea that all students can learn. A student's success is dependent on this team of people with that shared vision. This team must not exclude the student if it is to be successful. A plan for the development of an integrated curriculum must grow from this team as well as a plan as to how to integrate that curriculum.

School organizations must keep in mind that education is an integral part of life. This learning system must be flexible and diverse so it can meet the needs of all individuals. It is imperative that this system be a “living system” which is always evolving.
